FEMA releases Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Toolkit documents

FEMA released two Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Toolkit documents: the EOC How-to Quick Reference Guide, and the EOC References and Resources Tool. The toolkit covers hazard vulnerability assessments, physical site selection, mitigation, considerations, EOC capabilities and requirements, information management systems, and training and exercises.
