The tool will display 22 indicators of resilience and calculates a single Community Resilience index value for counties and census tracts. It also displays active wildfires. Weather radar. certain government and private facilities, and sea level rise data. FEMA has hosted a series of webinars about the RAPT, the last one will be held next week.
