FEMA has released the draft National Incident Management System Information and Communications Technology Functional Guidance.  The guidance provides instruction on integrating communication, information, and cybersecurity into the ICS structure while adhering to the concepts and principles of the NIMS. To provide comments, submit the feedback form via email to FEMA-NIMS@fema.dhs.gov.
