Coronavirus Pandemic: Grant Programs Directorate Procurement

4 May 2020 1:26 PM | Diane Weidenkopf (Administrator)

FEMA’s Grant Programs Directorate has introduced a new online tutorial covering procurement guidelines for the coronavirus (COVID-19) public health emergency. The 36-minute online tutorial will describe how to properly contract during emergency or exigent circumstances when using federal funds. The training is now available on FEMA’s YouTube Channel and on FEMA’s COVID-19 Fact Sheets & Guidance webpage.

FEMA provides financial assistance to state, local, tribal and territorial governments, non-profit organizations, institutions of higher education, and other non-Federal entities. All FEMA grant programs are subject to the Federal procurement standards found at 2 C.F.R. §§ 200.317-326.
